Because our products are digital and downloadable immediately, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. If something's gone wrong with your account or a charge looks incorrect, email us at support@sundayscreens.com and we'll make it right.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. When you cancel, you'll keep full access through the end of your current paid period. There are no prorated refunds, and you won't be charged again at renewal. You can restart your membership whenever you're ready.

You'll receive an email receipt automatically each time your membership renews. Need a copy, or an invoice with your church's billing details on it? You can view and download your full invoice history anytime from your account page.

Our collections include multiple formats to fit your setup, everything from HD to 4K (3840x2160). Worship Visuals are delivered as MP4 files for ProPresenter and MOV ProRes files for Resolume, and our collections have ultra-wide formats available as well.

Yes! All of our Service Slides templates are fully editable in Photoshop and include blank slides and fonts you can import and customize in any other design software like Canva.

When you become a member, you'll get instant access to every collection on the site. Just browse to any collection page and download the files directly. No waiting, no email delivery.

Yes! Projection and LED setups come in all shapes and sizes, and our visuals are designed to accommodate just about all of them. Our files come in multiple formats that are sure to work with any projector or LED screen, in any software driving it.

Our standard license covers one physical location. If your church has multiple campuses, our Pro+ membership gives you unlimited campus coverage, plus access to Service Slides. Please note that multiple locations means a single church entity with multiple sites, not a family or collection of churches. Each church entity needs its own membership.

Absolutely! Sunday Screens visuals are great Monday through Saturday too. Use them as backgrounds for social media content, sermon graphics, or whatever you can dream up.

No. Your membership provides a license for your church only, and this content is not available to share. Other churches need to obtain their own membership and license. As a reminder, content can only be used while your membership is active.

Yes! Your membership license covers use in your worship services, live recordings, album captures, livestreams, and social content. As long as you have an active membership and license at the time of recording, your church can utilize those recordings in perpetuity.

No. Anything you've already used in previous services, livestreams, or social content stays covered, but when your membership ends, your license to use any Sunday Screens assets in the future ends as well. All downloaded assets should be deleted. You can rejoin anytime and pick right back up.

Absolutely. Sunday Screens Academy walks your team through everything from first import to running a full service, and our collection pages include free previews so you can test the workflow before you join.

This is usually caused by settings in your presentation software, like scale vs. stretch, rather than the file itself. Email support@sundayscreens.com with what you downloaded, what software and version you're using, and a screenshot, and we'll help you sort it out quickly.

If you're logged in and something isn't loading or downloading as expected, email support@sundayscreens.com with a note about what you're seeing and a screenshot if possible. We'll get you up and running.
